Trasparenza e pubblicità dei contributi ricevuti nell’anno 2025/2026 (Legge 124/2017)
Law 124/2017 requires taxpayers carrying out business activities pursuant to Article 2195 of the Civil Code to disclose and publish (by June 30th of each year) any “grants, subsidies, benefits, contributions, or aid, whether in cash or in kind, that are not consideration-based, remuneration-based, or compensation-based in nature” received from Public Administration, above the cumulative annual threshold of €10,000.00, on a cash basis.
