situations or incidents that were narrowly avoided), complaints and suggestions, as part of the Data Controller&#8217;s quality and safety management system.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">The form may be completed anonymously. Identification and contact details are optional and are processed only if voluntarily provided by the User, in order to handle the report and, if requested, to contact the User. Users are asked not to include Personal Data of third parties in the description, unless strictly necessary to understand the facts.  <\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Processing is based on the Data Controller&#8217;s legitimate interest in improving the quality and safety of its processes and, for complaints relating to supplies, on the performance of the contractual relationship. Reports are not stored in this Application&#8217;s database, but are forwarded by email exclusively to the staff responsible for handling them.
